About the role
We are seeking a highly accomplished Personal Assistant to support our Chief Destination Officer. This senior administrative role requires strategic coordination, flawless communication, and the ability to manage complex schedules in a fast‑paced real‑estate development environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive executive and administrative support, acting as a reliable gatekeeper and liaison for the Chief Destination Officer.
- Manage complex calendars, prioritize meetings, and coordinate detailed travel itineraries.
- Prepare, review, and handle professional business correspondence, reports, and emails in flawless English.
- Attend high‑level meetings, record accurate minutes, and follow up on action items with stakeholders.
- Assist in tracking real‑estate development projects, ensuring timely execution, documentation, and cross‑department reporting.
- Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion.
Required profile
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience supporting C‑level executives.
- Direct experience in the real‑estate or property development sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Excellent command of English (B2‑C1 level) with superior corporate email‑writing skills.
Required skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
