Personal Fitness Trainer

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time, on‑site Personal Fitness Trainer to join our team in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. You will design individualized fitness programs, lead both one‑on‑one and group sessions, and guide clients through corrective exercises to improve performance and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Develop personalized fitness plans based on client goals and assessments.
• Conduct one‑on‑one and group training sessions, ensuring proper technique and motivation.
• Provide corrective exercise guidance to address movement deficiencies.
• Monitor client progress, adjust programs as needed, and maintain a safe training environment.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and best practices to deliver high‑quality instruction.

Required profile

• Proficiency in fitness instruction and training techniques.
• Knowledge and experience in corrective exercise.
• Ability to lead effective group training sessions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for promoting health and fitness.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., NASM, ACE, or similar).
• Experience in a fitness or wellness facility is a plus.
