About the role
The Personnel Specialist will support the HR department by handling employee documentation, payroll processing, and attendance tracking. This role ensures compliance with labor regulations and provides timely assistance on HR‑related queries.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare work contracts and social insurance for new hires.
- Review and maintain employee files, including registrations and deletions.
- Track attendance, process daily absences, and manage monthly cut‑offs for illnesses, injuries, surgeries, and recalls.
- Review financial settlements for transport and security.
- Generate validity reports (3‑month and 1‑year).
- Prepare and process salaries, handling incomes and deductions.
- Issue forms and follow up on humanitarian cases such as operations, grants, treatment, and replacements.
- Renew annual contracts for employees.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0‑2 years of experience in HR or a similar role, preferably in manufacturing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Strong command of English.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office.
