Pharmacist – Medical Information Center

About the role

Groovy Aesthetic Clinics is seeking a full‑time Pharmacist to join its Medical Information Center in Heliopolis. The pharmacist will act as the primary source of evidence‑based medication and product information for clients and clinical staff, supporting safe and effective use of pharmaceuticals, cosmeceuticals, and aesthetic treatments.

Key responsibilities

• Provide counseling on medications, skincare products, and treatment plans to clients.
• Answer medical and drug‑related inquiries from staff and patients.
• Review prescriptions for appropriateness, interactions, and contraindications.
• Monitor pharmacy stock, storage conditions, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Assist physicians in prescribing decisions and contribute to patient education material development.
• Support staff training on medication safety and ensure compliance with local regulations and internal quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (or equivalent) with a valid local pharmacist licence.
• Strong knowledge of dermatology, aesthetics, and wellness pharmacotherapy.
• Experience in clinical communication, preparing patient education content, and responding to drug‑related queries.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work within multidisciplinary teams.
• High attention to detail, ethical conduct, and commitment to continuous learning.

Required skills

• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Experience using pharmacy management software.
• Competence in basic office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets).
