Pharmacy Branch Manager (Pharmacist)

About the role

We are looking for a qualified pharmacist to lead one of our busy branches in Giza. As the Pharmacy Branch Manager you will be responsible for the overall performance of the outlet, ensuring safe dispensing, excellent customer service and compliance with all regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations and ensure accurate medication dispensing.
• Supervise, motivate and schedule pharmacy staff, handling performance issues.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, Egyptian pharmacy regulations and ethical standards.
• Manage inventory levels, place orders, and ensure proper storage to avoid shortages or waste.
• Provide patient counseling and resolve escalated customer inquiries.
• Keep the branch clean, organized and presentable.
• Prepare basic operational reports to support performance targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy and a valid Egyptian pharmacist license.
• Proven experience as a pharmacist; management experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting is a plus.
• Strong leadership, people‑management and communication abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical regulations, quality standards and ethical practices.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency with pharmacy software.
• Basic computer applications.
