About the role

Hamza Pharmacies is seeking a motivated Pharmacy Shift Manager to lead operations at its Zahraa El Maadi and Mokattam locations in Cairo. The role combines patient‑focused pharmacy services with team leadership, ensuring a high‑quality, safe, and welcoming environment for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately dispense medications and provide appropriate patient counseling.
• Review prescriptions and ensure handling complies with medical guidelines.
• Monitor inventory levels, manage stock, and coordinate re‑ordering.
• Create a professional, welcoming experience for all customers.
• Stay informed about developments in pharmaceutical care and product offerings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
• Open to fresh graduates as well as experienced pharmacists.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and as part of a team.
