PMO Office Manager – Strategic Portfolio Leader

About the role

We are looking for a PMO Office Manager who will act as a strategic bridge between our corporate ambition and day‑to‑day execution. You will shape the project portfolio, ensure governance, and provide the leadership needed to turn transformation programs into measurable business value.

Key responsibilities

• Translate corporate strategy into a prioritized, executable project portfolio.
• Design, implement and scale PMO frameworks and stage‑gate governance processes.
• Lead portfolio‑level resource planning, capacity management and investment prioritisation.
• Own strategic reporting, from project dashboards to board‑level updates.
• Identify inter‑dependencies and systemic risks across programmes and drive proactive mitigation.
• Coach senior project managers and influence cross‑functional teams without direct authority.

Required profile

• 8‑10+ years of experience in project, program or portfolio management with PMO leadership.
• Proven track record delivering large‑scale transformation programmes.
• Experience partnering directly with C‑suite and executive stakeholders.
• Strong command of portfolio governance, benefits realisation and strategic alignment.

Required skills

• PMP, PRINCE2, MSP or P3O certification.
• Proficiency with enterprise PPM tools such as MS Project Online, Planview or Clarity.
