Policy Administrator

About the role

The Policy Administrator ensures that insurance policies, benefits tables and exclusions are accurately reviewed and applied for client approvals. This role combines medical knowledge with administrative expertise to support clinical intake services and maintain policy data within the company’s systems.

Key responsibilities

• Review tables of benefits, inclusions, exclusions, limits and sub‑limits to verify policy applicability.
• Apply Terms of Business (TOB) and exclusions in the NEXtCARE system and update internal processes as needed.
• Create policy products on TATSH Payers and communicate changes to clients.
• Coordinate with medical teams, payers and other stakeholders to understand treatment plans.
• Support AI‑driven tools and data analytics while adhering to data governance standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Pharmacy or a related field.
• Physical fitness to perform job duties.
• Background in medical insurance or related insurance functions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
• Effective internet navigation and research capabilities.
