Pre‑Sales Engineer – Lighting Solutions

About the role

Masa Solution is seeking a Pre‑Sales Engineer to support lighting projects in Port Said. You will work closely with the sales team and customers to design and propose optimal lighting solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Review project specifications, drawings, BOQs and customer requirements to select appropriate lighting fixtures, drivers, controls and accessories.
• Prepare technical and commercial offers, quotations, compliance sheets, product comparisons and submittals, including lighting calculations using DIALux or similar software.
• Support sales during customer meetings, technical discussions and clarification requests, and deliver technical presentations to customers and consultants.
• Coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers to obtain pricing, technical data, lead times and compliance documents.
• Study tender documents, identify technical deviations, missing information and project risks, and respond to RFQs, tenders and RFPs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in presales, technical sales or lighting engineering.
• Knowledge of LED lighting products and technical specifications.
