Trillium is looking for a dedicated Preschool English Teacher to join our vibrant educational community. The role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners while delivering high‑quality English instruction.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and implement creative, engaging lessons that meet early years education standards and support holistic development.
• Establish a warm, supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity, exploration, and social interaction.
• Assess and record children’s progress, using data to inform future planning and adapt teaching methods.
• Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to build a collaborative learning community.
• Maintain a safe, orderly environment that promotes children’s health and well‑being.
• Participate in professional development to stay current with early years education best practices.
• Engage in school activities and contribute to community events and programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Experience working with preschool‑aged children in an educational setting.
• Understanding of early childhood development and effective teaching practices.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with young children and their parents.
• Creative, patient, and adaptable approach to teaching.
