Trillium Montessori House is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Preschool English Teacher to join its educational community. The role suits someone passionate about early childhood education who wants to create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver creative, engaging lessons that meet early years education standards and support holistic development.
• Create a warm, supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity, exploration and social interaction.
• Assess and record children's progress and use it to plan ahead and adapt teaching methods.
• Build positive relationships with students, parents and colleagues.
• Maintain a safe, orderly environment that supports children's health and well-being.
• Take part in professional development and school activities and events.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Experience working with preschool-aged children in an educational setting.
• Understanding of early childhood development and effective teaching practices.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with children and parents.
• Creative, patient and adaptable approach to teaching.
