About the role

GEMS British International School of Madinaty is looking for an enthusiastic Primary Teacher to join the school for the Academic Year 2026‑2027. The successful candidate will deliver high‑quality, engaging lessons that follow the British Curriculum and support the holistic development of each learner.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver dynamic lessons that meet the needs of diverse learners.
• Implement differentiated teaching approaches to ensure all students can succeed.
• Use assessment data to monitor progress and inform instruction.
• Create a positive, inclusive classroom culture.
• Maintain effective communication with parents, colleagues, and school leaders.
• Participate in professional development and contribute to the wider school community.
• Adhere to all school policies, including safeguarding standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Primary Education or a related field.
• Recognised teaching qualification (QTS, PGCE or equivalent).
• 2‑3 years of teaching experience, preferably within the British Curriculum.
• Strong classroom‑management skills and a commitment to student welfare.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
• Passion for teaching and dedication to student success.
