Process & Support Engineer

About the role

Wind Integrated Solutions is seeking a Process & Support Engineer to join its technology services team in Maadi, Cairo. You will ensure the reliability and performance of enterprise applications, cloud solutions, and production environments while supporting continuous process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support for enterprise applications, cloud platforms and production systems, maintaining system availability and performance.
• Troubleshoot application, integration, infrastructure and system issues, coordinating with development and DevOps teams for resolution and deployments.
• Handle incidents, service requests, monitoring activities, system health checks and support operations within defined SLA timelines.
• Draft, structure and maintain governance documents, SOPs, process frameworks, technical documentation and knowledge‑base materials.
• Maintain centralized repositories, audit trails, trackers and governance records with proper version control and accessibility.
• Coordinate with departments to roll out new processes, prepare training materials and guides, and monitor adoption and adherence.
• Prepare reports and dashboards highlighting operational performance, implementation progress, gaps, risks and key insights for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field.
• 1‑4 years of experience in technical support, process coordination, application support or related roles.
• Good understanding of databases, APIs, integrations, middleware concepts and cloud platforms such as OCI, AWS or Azure.
• Familiarity with Linux and Windows server environments, monitoring tools and ticketing systems.
• Strong documentation, reporting and process‑management skills with attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of scripting, DevOps concepts and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, organizational and stakeholder‑management abilities.
