• Craft complex, data‑heavy interfaces including multi‑step forms, dashboards and analytics screens.
• Evolve and maintain the current design system; extend components, ensure consistency and document usage.
• Build new design systems or libraries when expanding to new markets, including RTL/Arabic layouts.
• Prepare presentations, decks and visual materials for internal and business communication.
• Collaborate closely with frontend engineers, product managers and engineering leadership, participating in product discussions and questioning assumptions.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional product design experience.
• Strong proficiency in English (B2/C1 level).
• Self‑organized and comfortable working in a distributed, async environment.

Required skills

• Advanced use of Figma (components, variants, auto‑layout, design libraries).
• Experience creating and extending design systems.
• Understanding of frontend constraints, particularly React component‑based development.

What we offer

• Competitive salary.
• Fully remote work arrangement.
• Opportunity to shape a fintech product used across the Middle East.
