Product Designer

About the role

The Product Designer will create intuitive, user‑centered digital experiences for Finaira’s financial services platforms. You will translate user insights into clean, functional interfaces and help shape the visual language of our products while gaining increasing independence in project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and conduct user research to uncover needs and pain points.
• Develop user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Design visually appealing, consistent UI across web and mobile platforms.
• Create and maintain design systems and style guides.
• Conduct usability testing, analyse results and iterate on designs.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI or a related field.
• 2+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio of web and mobile projects.
• Excellent communication, presentation and user‑advocacy skills.
• Detail‑oriented, collaborative and self‑motivated.

Required skills

• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch and Adobe XD.
• Experience using prototyping tools like ProtoPie and InVision.
• Solid understanding of interaction design principles and user research methods.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
