Product Designer

About the role

Bayzat is looking for a Product Designer to shape the experience of its SaaS platform that powers HR, payroll, finance and insurance solutions across the MENA region. You will work closely with product managers, engineers and customers to create intuitive, high‑impact designs that drive conversion and delight users.

Key responsibilities

• Design and innovate using AI tools to accelerate workflows, scale creativity and optimise designs for conversion.
• Ensure designs are responsive and perform well across devices and screen sizes.
• Develop deep domain knowledge of the product area and collaborate with product managers to deliver value‑adding features.
• Conduct user research, synthesize insights, run ideation workshops and design delightful user experiences.
• Partner with engineers and customers to align design decisions with user goals.
• Leverage behavioural and data analytics to continuously improve the experience.
• Foster collaboration within the design team and across other departments.
• Stay up‑to‑date with design trends, competitor products and contribute to the design system.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Product Designer in a SaaS environment.
• Fluency with AI‑enabled design tools and automation platforms.
• Strong skills in user research, ideation and user‑experience design.
• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.
• Ability to balance creativity with data‑driven decision making.
