Product Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Product Manager to join our Cairo team. In this role you will bridge business goals, user needs and technical execution, owning the product roadmap and driving discovery to deliver exceptional digital experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy and roadmap aligned with company objectives.
• Lead the product lifecycle from ideation through launch and iterative improvement.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis and user interviews to identify opportunities and validate hypotheses.
• Prioritize features and create detailed Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) with clear success metrics.
• Work hands‑on with engineering teams during development sprints to ensure timely delivery.
• Analyze product performance data (KPIs and user behavior) to make data‑driven decisions.
• Act as the primary stakeholder for cross‑functional teams, ensuring alignment and clear communication.

Required profile

• 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in a tech or digital environment.
• Proven track record of launching and managing successful products from concept to delivery.
• Strong analytical mindset and experience with data tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and user‑centered design principles.
• Proactive, problem‑solving attitude and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
