Product Owner Intern

About the role

Intella is seeking a motivated Product Owner Intern to join its Product Team in Cairo. This short‑term internship is designed for fresh graduates or senior‑year students who are eager to learn about product development, user experience, and agile delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in gathering, documenting, and analysing business and product requirements.
• Support the creation and refinement of user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items.
• Participate in product discovery sessions, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Conduct market, competitor, and user research to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure clear understanding of product requirements.
• Help track product progress and align it with business objectives.
• Support testing activities and validate features before release.
• Prepare product documentation, reports, and presentations.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate or senior‑year student in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field.
• Strong interest in product management, product ownership, or business analysis.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies (a plus).
• Experience or exposure to tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
