Product Specialist – Remote (Pharma)

About the role

Kenol Pharma is seeking a remote Product Specialist to support the full lifecycle of assigned pharmaceutical products. You will work closely with sales, marketing, and regulatory teams to ensure product positioning, documentation, and training materials are accurate and effective.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze product performance data and identify trends to improve market success.
• Gather customer and market feedback to refine product strategy.
• Develop and maintain product positioning, documentation, and training resources.
• Respond to internal and external inquiries, providing product demonstrations and explanations.
• Collaborate with sales enablement and customer service teams to address product‑related issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, life sciences, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a product‑focused or customer‑facing role within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and recommend improvements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
