Production Engineer – Food & Beverage

About the role

SKY Healthy Food is looking for a motivated Production Engineer to oversee daily food and beverage manufacturing operations. The role ensures production targets are met while maintaining product quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve 100% of daily production orders according to the production plan.
• Train technicians, supervisors, and newly hired workers.
• Prepare and verify production reports and ensure data accuracy.
• Monitor orders, frozen stock, and work‑in‑progress quantities.
• Issue and manage raw material and packaging material requests per shift.
• Supervise product packing to meet specifications and approved weights.
• Manage production permits for finished and semi‑finished products.
• Control production operations via the SCADA system.
• Oversee pasteurization processes, troubleshoot issues, and follow up on CIP cleaning cycles.
• Coordinate sampling, laboratory testing, and tank adjustments to meet client specifications.
• Monitor storage and product movement for chilling or freezing as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science & Technology or a related scientific field.
• 1–2 years of experience in food production or a similar environment.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and team‑motivation abilities.
• Effective time management and task organization.
