About the role
The Production Engineer will drive the achievement of monthly production plans, ensure product quality, and continuously improve manufacturing processes.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve production targets according to the monthly plan from the planning department.
- Improve product quality in line with standards and activate built‑in quality systems.
- Increase productivity, reduce waste, breakdowns and downtime to meet OEE targets.
- Implement SMED, 5S and Lean Six Sigma techniques.
- Provide management with production reports covering actual hours, accepted quantities, rework and downtime.
- Monitor key performance indicators for production lines and ensure safety standards are followed.
Required profile
- BSc in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering from a reputable university.
- Leadership, problem‑solving and strong communication skills.
- Fluency in English.
Required skills
- Implementation of SMED, OEE, 5S and Lean Six Sigma techniques.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Sheets.
