Production Engineer – Steel Fabrication

About the role

We are looking for a Production Engineer to lead production planning and drive process optimization at our steel fabrication plant in Ain Sokhna. The role focuses on meeting production targets while improving productivity, quality, safety and environmental performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement production plans and manufacturing strategies.
• Monitor daily production activities to achieve targets.
• Optimize manufacturing processes to increase productivity and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety and environmental standards.
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance and quality teams to resolve production issues.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
• Prepare production reports and monitor KPIs.
• Provide technical support and guidance to production teams.
• Train and mentor production operators as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in steel fabrication or manufacturing.
• Fluent English communication skills.
