Production Manager

About the role

Jade Textile, a leading vertical garment manufacturer in Egypt, is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead its manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for overseeing the full production cycle, ensuring quality, efficiency, and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and control the entire production process from start to finish.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and adherence to production schedules.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identify improvement areas, and implement corrective actions.
• Lead, mentor, and develop production staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Work closely with suppliers and vendors to maintain a seamless supply chain.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of proven experience as a Production Manager in garment manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Problem‑solving mindset with the capacity to make sound decisions in a fast‑paced environment.
