Production Pharmacist

About the role

The Production Pharmacist will support pharmaceutical manufacturing by operating multiple production machines, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to maintain product quality and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Operate multiple production machines while adhering to SOPs and GMP standards to meet daily output targets.
• Monitor process parameters, record data, and ensure product quality throughout the manufacturing run.
• Collaborate with quality, engineering and plant management to investigate deviations and prepare incident reports.
• Communicate with internal departments and external technicians to coordinate maintenance and resolve issues.
• Train and coach junior staff on safe operating procedures and regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Relevant pharmacy or pharmaceutical science qualification.
• Experience in a GMP‑regulated manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work on multiple machines and follow detailed work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product safety.
