Production Segment Leader

About the role

LEONI, a global provider of products, solutions and services for energy and data management in the automotive industry, is looking for a Production Segment Leader in Badr City. The role manages and supervises a segment organizational unit to achieve defined objectives and KPIs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the segment organizational unit to achieve defined objectives and KPIs.
• Lead direct reports by defining objectives, giving clear instructions and monitoring performance.
• Ensure adherence to standards, governance requirements and process execution.
• Identify improvement opportunities and implement measures to enhance team performance and service delivery.
• Support professional development through coaching, training needs assessment and succession planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or Operations Management; Six Sigma certification preferred.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in production or operations leadership.
• Experience in the automotive industry or wiring systems is highly preferred.
• Full professional English (C1 level) to present technical data to global stakeholders.

Required skills

• Lean mastery: expert in Kaizen, 5S and Kanban to optimize OEE and reduce waste.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, achieve KPIs, optimize resource allocation and foster a safety-first HSE culture.
• Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot technical bottlenecks and implement root-cause solutions.
