Production Team Leader

About the role

AGRANA Nile Fruits is seeking a Production Team Leader to oversee daily manufacturing activities in Obour City. The role focuses on executing the production plan efficiently while ensuring high productivity, minimal losses, and strict compliance with GMP, GHP, safety, and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily production operations to achieve output targets.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain to implement the production schedule.
• Supervise operators, ensuring proper machine operation, processing, packaging, and sorting.
• Maintain full compliance with safety, GMP, and GHP requirements.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and losses; initiate corrective actions as needed.
• Manage workforce attendance, shift organization, and daily reporting.
• Train, guide, and develop operators to improve performance.
• Act as a communication bridge between workers and management to resolve operational issues.
• Optimize raw material usage and reduce production waste.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Engineering from a reputable university, preferably in agricultural or scientific fields.
• Up to 10 years of experience in food manufacturing, including at least 3 years in a team‑leader role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
• Experience with document management systems and virtual communication tools.
