Productivity Coordinator

About the role

Kraft Heinz is seeking a Productivity Coordinator on a 1‑year contract to lead value‑engineering initiatives across the Middle East and Africa (MEA). The role will drive procurement productivity and cost‑saving projects from ideation through implementation, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and aligned with quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead value‑engineering project plans from concept to execution, targeting procurement productivity KPIs.
• Facilitate MEA cross‑functional ideation sessions and define project scope, timelines, milestones and risks.
• Coordinate closely with Procurement, R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, Supply Chain and other stakeholders to ensure timely execution.
• Track project progress, validate savings, maintain documentation and produce regular reports.
• Analyze cost structures with the procurement team to identify optimization opportunities.
• Execute run‑in/run‑out (RIRO) plans for VE projects to prevent supply‑chain disruptions.
• Support data visualization, automation and process‑enhancement initiatives.
• Collaborate with the global productivity team for brainstorming and project visibility.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Strong stakeholder and conflict management capabilities.
• High attention to detail and a challenger mindset.
• Experience in FMCG, supply‑chain or related environments is a plus.
