Program Controls Specialist II

About the role

The Program Controls Specialist II will support Honeywell's technology projects by managing cost, schedule, and performance data. You will work closely with finance and project teams to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and monitor project cost forecasts, budgets, schedules, and performance reports.
• Support preparation and maintenance of project baselines, schedules, cost plans, and progress measurement systems.
• Track project performance against approved baselines, including cost, schedule, progress, risks, and key variances.
• Prepare periodic status reports and dashboards for management review.
• Analyze cost and schedule variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with finance teams on budgets, forecasts, accruals, and financial reporting.
• Support cash‑flow forecasting and cost‑to‑complete analysis.
• Identify project risks, delays, and cost impacts and assist in mitigation planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Construction Management or related field.
• 5–6 years of experience in project controls, cost control, planning, scheduling or performance management.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and reporting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multi‑project environment with high attention to detail.
