Project Coordinator – Architecture (Fit‑Out)

About the role

LEEDS FIT-OUT is looking for an experienced Architecture Project Coordinator to manage fit‑out and finishing projects in Sheikh Zayed, Giza. You will act as the main link between the Technical Office, site teams, clients and consultants, ensuring smooth project execution and timely approvals.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate project management activities, resources, schedules and project information.
• Distribute BOQs, designs and other documents to Technical Office and Tendering teams.
• Manage official communications (emails, letters, drawings, samples, submissions) between LFO and clients.
• Track approvals, monitor project progress and highlight delays or issues.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, minutes of meetings and records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Coordination, PMO or related role.
• Experience in fit‑out and finishing projects is highly preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Ability to prepare reports and Minutes of Meeting.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification (a plus).
