Project Director

About the role

The Project Director will provide overall leadership and strategic direction for construction projects, overseeing delivery from mobilization through handover.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project management team, set objectives, execution strategies, milestones and performance targets.
• Monitor overall project progress, implement corrective actions, and ensure delivery within approved budget, schedule, quality and contractual requirements.
• Oversee construction activities, ensure compliance with drawings, specifications and coordinate civil, architectural, structural, MEP and other disciplines.
• Resolve major technical and construction issues, monitor productivity, and manage resource utilization.
• Maintain control of project costs, review budgets, forecasts, variations, claims and commercial risks.
• Lead negotiations with clients and consultants and ensure contractual compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month of experience in project management or related construction roles.
