Project Engineer – Architecture (Finishing & Fit‑Out)

About the role

We are a growing finishing and fit‑out company seeking a Project Engineer with an architecture background to lead on‑site execution of interior projects in New Cairo. You will act as the technical bridge between design, subcontractors, and clients, ensuring that all work meets quality, schedule, and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage finishing and fit‑out activities on site.
• Review architectural drawings and verify that execution follows specifications.
• Coordinate daily with subcontractors, suppliers, and the technical office.
• Monitor progress, prepare daily and weekly reports, and track material requests.
• Ensure compliance with project schedules, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Attend inspections, liaise with consultants, and obtain necessary approvals.
• Manage handover processes, close snag list items, and resolve technical issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• 5–7 years of experience in finishing and fit‑out projects.
• Proven ability to work on fast‑track projects and handle client/consultant interactions professionally.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
