Project Engineer II – French Speaker

About the role

We are looking for a Project Engineer II who is fluent in French to lead technical projects in the power‑engineering and IT domain. You will work with cross‑functional teams to design, implement, and validate data integration solutions for SCADA, GIS, and ADMS platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and extract data from SCADA, GIS, asset management, MDMS and other sources.
• Design and document ETL processes and data mapping between legacy systems and ADMS.
• Lead data validation, migration, and cut‑over activities.
• Build, import, and validate SCADA and network models, troubleshooting any issues.
• Create functional specifications, test scenarios and oversee end‑to‑end testing.
• Respond to client‑reported bugs, perform defect triage and coordinate resolutions.
• Share knowledge, mentor junior team members and contribute to process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Power Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of SCADA systems and basic understanding of IEC CIM standards.
• Experience integrating GIS, SCADA, metering, billing or SAP solutions.
• Fluent in English and French.
