Project & Facility Engineer – Civil Infrastructure

About the role

The Project & Facility Engineer will support planning and execution of engineering and capital projects while ensuring effective maintenance of company facilities and infrastructure. The role focuses on delivering projects safely, on time, within budget, and maintaining high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop project scope, technical requirements, budgets and schedules; review drawings and coordinate activities with internal teams and external contractors.
• Oversee maintenance of buildings and infrastructure, plan preventive maintenance and propose renovation plans.
• Supervise technicians and contractors in plumbing, welding, civil works, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Assist in CapEx budget preparation, maintain logs and inspection records, and prepare progress reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
• 2–3 years experience in civil projects, facility management or construction.
• Proven ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Experience with project planning, budgeting and scheduling.
