Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead technology‑focused initiatives in the telecommunications and fintech sectors. The role involves defining project scope, planning, coordinating teams and vendors, and ensuring successful delivery that meets quality standards and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, deliverables and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor progress, adjust plans as needed and track performance using appropriate tools.
• Identify, manage and mitigate project risks, issues and dependencies.
• Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders through regular updates and reports.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Conduct post‑project evaluations and document lessons learned.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of project management experience.
• Proven experience in telecommunications and/or fintech industries.
• Strong background in IT project delivery; commercial or business PMO profiles are not considered.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Professional, presentable and confident with strong stakeholder management capabilities.
