Project Manager – Technical Office (North Coast, Egypt)

About the role

The Project Manager will lead technical office projects on the North Coast of Egypt, coordinating cross‑functional teams to deliver infrastructure solutions on time and within budget. This onsite role requires close interaction with customers, finance, and delivery teams to ensure high‑quality outcomes and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables and acceptance criteria; develop detailed plans covering schedule, resources, risks and budget.
• Lead and coordinate cross‑functional resources, communicate roles and expectations, and track progress against deadlines and quality standards.
• Monitor project budget, expenditures and profitability; collaborate with finance and functional managers to optimise resource allocation.
• Identify risks and issues early, implement mitigation actions, evaluate change requests and maintain audit‑ready documentation.
• Manage customer communication throughout the project lifecycle, provide status updates and handle escalations.
• Ensure adherence to PMO standards, conduct project reviews, capture lessons learned and maintain up‑to‑date project artifacts.
• Validate deliverables, coordinate final sign‑off, handover to operations/support and complete financial closure.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in project management.
• Hands‑on experience with light current systems, structured cabling, data networks, CCTV, access control and data‑center infrastructure.
• Strong ability to work onsite and coordinate matrixed teams.
• Candidates residing in Alexandria are highly preferred.
