Public Relations Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a well‑connected, charismatic Public Relations Specialist to shape and protect the public image of Penta Marketing Solutions and its diverse client portfolio. You will build relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers, craft compelling press releases, and manage communications during events and product launches.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an up‑to‑date database of journalists, media outlets, and editors across Egypt and the region.
• Plan and execute PR campaigns that generate positive media coverage for the agency and its clients.
• Write professional press releases, media kits, and corporate announcements in Arabic and English.
• Identify and collaborate with key influencers and bloggers for brand activations.
• Coordinate media attendance and coverage for events, product launches, and press conferences.
• Track and report on media coverage and public sentiment regarding assigned brands.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of proven experience in public relations, preferably within a PR or marketing agency.
• Established network of contacts in the Egyptian media and journalism landscape.
• Exceptional storytelling, copywriting, and public‑speaking abilities.
• Fluent in written and spoken Arabic and English (mandatory for PR writing).
• Highly outgoing, resilient, and natural networker.
