QC Architecture Engineer – Construction Quality Control

About the role

The QC Architecture Engineer is responsible for ensuring that all construction activities meet the quality standards defined in the project drawings and specifications. Working directly on site, the engineer will oversee inspections, tests, and compliance with approved method statements and inspection test plans.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections and tests to verify construction quality against drawings and specifications.
• Monitor and enforce all quality‑related procedures on site, ensuring work follows approved method statements and inspection test plans.
• Develop method statements, risk assessments, job safety environmental analyses, and detailed inspection test plans and checklists based on project specifications.
• Validate that materials, processes, and workmanship meet or exceed contractual quality requirements.
• Document findings, report non‑conformities, and coordinate corrective actions with the project team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering.
• 5–7 years of experience in construction quality control within the architecture field.
• Proven experience in developing method statements, risk assessments, and inspection test plans.
• Strong project planning capabilities and ability to work with multicultural teams.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Availability to start within one week and willingness to work in 6th of October, New Cairo, or the New Capital.
