Quality Assurance Executive

About the role

The Quality Assurance Executive will lead the development, implementation and maintenance of quality assurance processes within the Business Improvement and Efficiency department. This role ensures that products and services meet the highest standards while driving continuous improvement across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular audits to verify compliance with quality standards and ISO 9001 requirements.
• Monitor and analyse quality performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to set quality goals and embed quality considerations in projects.
• Investigate customer complaints and non‑conformance issues, and develop corrective and preventive actions.
• Train employees on quality control processes and conduct supplier evaluations.
• Participate in new product and process development, ensuring quality is built in from the start.
• Prepare and present quality performance reports to management and coordinate with external auditors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in quality management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a quality management role, preferably in courier, food safety, production or manufacturing environments.
• Proven knowledge of quality control principles, methodologies and tools.
