Quality Assurance Manager

About the role
We are looking for a proactive Quality Assurance Manager to lead the continuous improvement of our quality systems. The successful candidate will drive internal audits, support process improvement initiatives, and collaborate with key partners to gather constructive feedback.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain standardized production, quality, and customer‑service standards.
- Identify potential risks early, conduct root‑cause analysis and implement preventive actions.
- Plan, execute, and report on internal and external quality audits.
- Compile detailed audit reports and present findings to management.
- Build and strengthen the QA team through coaching, mentoring, targeted training, and performance evaluations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in quality assurance or related fields.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Critical thinker who can proactively improve processes.
