Quality Assurance Specialist

About the role

The Quality Assurance Specialist ensures that Froneri’s production and laboratory operations meet the highest standards of food safety and quality. You will support the implementation of the company’s Quality Management System and guarantee compliance with Egyptian regulations and international standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 22000, HACCP and internal procedures.
• Develop, document, and review quality assurance procedures across production sites and distribution centers.
• Audit laboratory and manufacturing processes to verify compliance with GMP, GLP and relevant ISO requirements.
• Ensure full compliance with Egyptian food‑safety laws, EOS standards and Ministry of Health regulations.
• Assist with regulatory inspections, address observations and keep the team updated on legislative changes.

Required profile

• Experience in quality assurance within food or dairy manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, GLP, ISO 22000 and HACCP principles.
• Familiarity with Egyptian food‑safety regulations and standards.
• Ability to conduct audits, prepare documentation and support corrective actions.
