Quality Assurance Supervisor

About the role

EVA Pharma, a pharmaceutical company dedicated to improving human health and well-being, is looking for a Quality Assurance Supervisor in Giza. The supervisor oversees QA operations, supports continuous improvement and ensures quality systems are implemented effectively across operations, in line with GMP and other quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee manufacturing and packaging operations, ensuring compliance with GMP, SOPs and data integrity requirements, and support continuous improvement.
• Review and approve batch records and logbooks, ensuring completeness, accuracy and compliance with GDP standards.
• Lead the handling of deviations, complaints, non-conformities and incidents, including root cause investigations and follow-up on CAPA.
• Review mutual quality agreements (QTAs) with company partners.
• Lead the change control management system and follow up the relevant actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy.
• 4-6 years of relevant experience in a pharmaceutical QA environment.
• Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of cGMP and GDP principles.
• Solid understanding of CAPA, change control, deviation management and quality documentation systems.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, quality systems and safety programs.
• Good understanding of validation principles and basic statistical concepts.
