Quality Control Inspector – Manufacturing & Fabrication

About the role

We are seeking a Quality Control Inspector to join our production team in 6th of October, Giza. You will be responsible for ensuring that all fabricated components meet the required quality standards and specifications throughout the manufacturing process.

Key responsibilities

• Perform inspections at all stages of fabrication and production, including welding, fit‑up, and dimensional checks.
• Verify compliance with drawings, specifications, applicable codes (e.g., ASME, AWS, ISO) and internal quality requirements.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate quality records.
• Coordinate with Production and Engineering teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a QC Inspector in pressure vessels, plate work, or steel structures.
• Hands‑on experience with welding inspection and fabrication processes.
• Good knowledge of relevant codes and standards such as ASME, AWS, or ISO.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
