Quality Control Specialist (Textile)

About the role

The Quality Control Specialist ensures that all textile products meet the company’s high standards of quality and compliance. Working closely with partner factories and internal teams, this role monitors production processes, identifies defects, and drives continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular factory inspections at partner sites and external suppliers to monitor production lines and manufacturing practices.
• Audit raw materials, in‑process goods, and finished products—including stitching, fabric quality, sizing, and packaging—to verify compliance with 2S Homewear standards.
• Confirm that manufacturing outputs align with approved samples and technical specifications.
• Identify, document, and report any defects or deviations, collaborating with factory management to implement corrective actions.
• Prepare detailed QC reports, inspection logs, and pass/fail metrics for management review.
• Work with production and design teams to refine quality standards and improve manufacturing efficiency.

Required profile

• Experience in quality control or inspection within the textile or apparel industry.
• Familiarity with 2S Homewear standards or similar quality frameworks.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to document findings accurately.
• Effective communication skills for coordinating corrective actions with factory personnel.
