Quality Manager – High Speed Rail Project

About the role

The Quality Manager will develop, implement and maintain the Project Quality Management System (QMS) for Egypt’s first high‑speed rail network, ensuring all engineering, construction, procurement and commissioning activities meet contractual, regulatory and international standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and continuously improve the QMS in line with ISO 9001 and railway standards.
• Establish and enforce quality policies, procedures and control systems across operations, maintenance and support functions.
• Plan and conduct internal, external and customer audits, identify non‑conformities and drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor core operational and maintenance processes, analyse quality performance data and prepare management reports.
• Manage customer feedback, complaints and satisfaction surveys, working with internal teams and suppliers.
• Oversee supplier and subcontractor quality performance, including audits and material inspections.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives and root‑cause analysis to promote a culture of quality and operational excellence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or MBA in a relevant field.
• ISO 9001 Auditor certification.
• Proven time‑management and organisational skills.
• Strong presentation abilities to deliver clear insights.
