Quantity Surveyor Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a highly analytical Quantity Surveyor Engineer to join our project management team. You will be responsible for cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and commercial management throughout the lifecycle of construction projects, ensuring profitability and cost‑effective delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare subcontractor Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and related documentation.
• Prepare and submit client interim and final invoices.
• Review subcontractor payment certificates and invoices.
• Arrange payments to suppliers and contractors.
• Provide cost advice and financial forecasts for projects.
• Perform quantity surveying for procurement items and follow‑up during construction.
• Prepare variation orders during project execution and review QS for approval.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of quantity surveying experience in the fit‑out sector.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts and procurement processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple projects.

Required skills

• Proficiency with cost estimation software.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite.
