Quantity Surveyor Engineer

About the role
We are looking for a motivated Quantity Surveyor Engineer to join our construction team. The role involves managing project variations, reviewing contractor invoices and ensuring accurate measurement and valuation of work. You will work closely with project managers, architects and contractors to capture all cost elements and provide clear reporting, contributing to the financial success of each project.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with project teams to assess and manage variations.
- Monitor and control contractors' invoices.
- Perform quantity surveying duties, including measurement and valuation of work completed.
- Check plans, drawings and quantities for calculation accuracy.
- Analyze project specifications and requirements.
- Review subcontractor quantity surveys and coordinate payment invoice issuance.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and contract requirements.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying or construction.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
