Real Estate Development Manager

About the role

The company, a leading contracting firm in Cairo, is looking for an experienced Real Estate Development Manager to drive the identification, evaluation, and execution of development opportunities across Egypt and Saudi Arabia. You will lead projects from initial sourcing through to execution readiness, ensuring alignment with corporate growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Source and acquire new real‑estate development opportunities in Egypt and KSA.
• Conduct feasibility studies, financial modeling, and comprehensive project evaluations.
• Develop and implement development strategies that support company goals.
• Manage relationships with investors, partners, and government entities.
• Oversee the full project lifecycle, from opportunity assessment to execution readiness.
• Prepare strategic reports and presentations for senior management.

Required profile

• 5–12+ years of experience in real‑estate development.
• Proven track record in the Egyptian and Saudi Arabian markets.
• Strong background in investment analysis and feasibility studies.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Strategic mindset with solid business‑development capabilities.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with the Saudi “Furas” platform.
