About the role
The Reception Agent is a central member of the Front Office team at Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at Nile Plaza. You will ensure guests experience a smooth arrival and departure, handling all interactions with the highest level of professionalism and hospitality, both in person and by phone.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures efficiently.
- Answer telephone inquiries, provide accurate information and route calls as needed.
- Accommodate special guest requests whenever possible, coordinating with relevant departments.
- Maintain accurate guest records and handle reservations or modifications.
- Deliver personalized service that reflects Four Seasons’ luxury standards.
Required profile
- Well‑mannered, visionary and passionate about hospitality.
- Deep understanding of hotel front‑desk operations and guest service concepts.
- Full‑time availability and ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Excellent communication skills and a polished appearance.
