About the role
Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at Nile Plaza is looking for a full-time Reception Agent to join its Front Office Team. The agent ensures guests have a smooth arrival and departure experience, handles all guest interactions with professionalism and hospitality, and accommodates special requests whenever possible. Interactions are in person and by phone.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree graduate.
- 1-2 years of previous experience in a related position within the luxury sector.
- Reading, writing and oral proficiency in English.
- Passion for delivering a high level of guest experience.
