About the role
Voyage On The Spot is seeking a dynamic Receptionist to join its growing hospitality team in the Pyramids area of Giza. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring every interaction reflects our premium service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Greet visitors and guests with a professional and welcoming attitude.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly.
- Manage the front‑desk, schedule appointments and direct guests to the appropriate staff or area.
- Maintain an organized reception space and handle basic clerical duties such as data entry, filing and correspondence.
- Support the operations team to guarantee a smooth and memorable guest experience.
Required profile
- Proven experience in a reception or front‑office role within the hospitality sector.
- Exceptional fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in a second language (Spanish, Italian or French) is a strong plus.
- Professional, welcoming and highly organized mindset.
